statement of coaching Philosophy

My experience as a successful leader integrates seamlessly with my efforts and work as a coach. I firmly believe that coaches must not only possess a deep knowledge of the coaching craft and human nature, but they must have the passion to guide clients through a meaningful process of discovery while learning themselves from the experiences and knowledge of those around them.

My coaching style is shaped by an understanding that I am a guide in a client’s process of self-actualization and discovery. I leverage powerful inquiry techniques to deepen my client’s awareness of themselves and their situations in an effort to help them connect to a deeper understanding, which eventually culminates around actioning a meaningful solution. I believe that clients must be inspired to take responsibility for their own learning and growth and seek resolution that is both meaningful and enduring for them. I remain both flexible and engaging to help each client find an individual connection to consequential action and then hold them accountable to those choices.

As a coach, I will have met my objectives if I have impassioned a desire in my clients to seek and acquire awareness about themselves and if they learn to apply essential skills to solve problems they encounter in the future. I enjoy coaching because of how it connects people to the modern business environment. More often than not, leaders are challenged to more deeply connect with their authentic self. This voyage requires a thorough understanding of brand, skills, and overall leadership capacity—a journey often difficult to navigate alone, but completely necessary for establishing and living one’s legacy.

I strongly value the diversity of styles and unique perspectives—both individual and cultural, which clients bring to the coaching setting. As a result, I strive to create an environment where my clients feel comfortable in expressing their needs and opinions and believe that we both benefit and learn from that exchange. I remain open to new challenges and opportunities and as my clients change, I evolve also. I am committed to the grown and development of my clients and experience success watching them find happiness in themselves and the lives they choose to live.
